BLAFRE is a Norwegian family business, established in the autumn of 2005 during the founder Ingrid's first maternity leave. A long-awaited child and a new life also sparked a new chapter of gratitude and creativity for Ingrid and from her kitchen counter BLAFRE was created!

Design and sustainability are key values for the Oslo based business. They want to make products that last a long time. This is perhaps one of their most important values as designers and manufacturers. Their hope is that their products are never thrown away, but instead can be inherited and fill needs for generations.
